Disclaimer
5.1 copyright and portrait rights disputes arising from user-generated uploads/downloads shall be the sole responsibility of the uploader.
Frame is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure (earthquake, tsunami, war, fiber outage, operator failure) , but will try to recover.
5.3 the framework reserves the right to add, reduce or terminate certain features due to business adjustments, with a 30-day notice.
Intellectual Property
6.1 software intellectual property

Change and termination of service
7.1 users can cancel their accounts at any time, and all cloud data will be deleted and unrecoverable within 7 days.
Application of law and dispute resolution

The law of the place of dispute shall apply to the termination, execution and interpretation of this agreement and the settlement of disputes.
8.2 dispute settlement
Any dispute arising out of the content or execution of this agreement shall first be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiations fail, either party can file a judgment in the People's court in the jurisdiction of the region where the Frame is located.
